DeleteI took reference of few Haikus available in Hindi on different blogs and observed that in Hindi syllables is usually a letter which has it's own sound, so mostly its letter (with maatra) which I count as syllable.
If this is not the right technique then please let me know as I am new to this Haiku pattern :)
